We have advised widely on issues of corporate governance issues including directors’ responsibilities, S29 & S31 obligations, money-laundering, the Irish Takeover Panel and the Combined Code. As well as acting for privately-held companies.We have also advised national and international sporting organisations on compliance with corporate governance and issues of administrative law.

We have acted for clients in interacting with a variety of National Regulatory Authorities including the Central Bank, the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement, the Commission for Communications Regulation, the Competition Authority and the Irish Aviation Authority.

We have advised clients across a variety of different technology and IP/IT matters including reseller agreements, copyright, patent and trademark issues, domain name transfer agreements, software development agreements, source code escrow agreements and IP assignment agreements.

We have advised both private companies and state agencies in relation to their obligations under EU and national public procurement legislation. A recent project involved advising the Government of the State of Georgia in a World Bank-funded programme to facilitate the implementation of e-procurement in Georgia.

We advise on day to day on key employment-related matters, including contractual issues stress, bullying, harassment, health and safety and equality in the work place.

We provide employment-related claims and dispute resolution services. Our solicitors have experience of attending before the Irish Courts, Employment Appeals Tribunal, The Labour Court, Rights Commissioners and the Equality Tribunal.

We draft and prepare employment contracts, as well associated company policies, staff procedures (including grievance and disciplinary procedures) and handbooks.
